Now Annoucing! Proud sponsor of the 2017 Industry Dance Awards!

We are proud to announce our new partnership with the Industry Dance Awards starting for the 2016-2017 season! The Industry Dance Awards and Cancer Benefit Show is a one night event that celebrates the passion and artistry of dance while bringing together dancers, teachers, and industry innovators to aid in the fight against cancer. All money raised is donated to the non-profit organization,  Dancers Against Cancer. This past year, over $500,000 was raised by the dance community in the fight against cancer!

The sponsoring competitions and conventions are able to nominate routines in the following categories:

• Best Jazz Performance
• Best Tap Performance
• Best Hip Hop Performance
• Best Lyrical/Modern/Contemporary Performance
• Best Musical Theater/Novelty/Character Performance
• Best Open/Ballet/Acro Performance

Six routines will be awarded in these categories at each Turn It Up Regional Event in 2017. At the conclusion of the regional season, an esteemed panel of judges will select the top 6 nominees from the entire season to travel to LA to go up against nominees from the other sponsoring competitions.
